The E-commerce Association of Bulgaria, is conducting an online, international study in order to analyze the challenges, prospects and benefits of cross-border trade for merchants in the Central region - Eastern European. The study proposes, for this year as well, an extensive coverage of the markets in the region. As partners of this study for Romania, we encourage our community and local players to contribute with answers and opinions here.

As international ecommerce experiences significant annual growth, even in the current economic climate, the Central Eastern European (CEE) region has emerged as an effervescent online commerce hub with Job Function Email List impressive growth and exciting opportunities. In 2022, the e-commerce market in the CEE registered a value of over EUR 100 billion, with an annual growth of 25%.



The evolution is expected to be maintained, with a growth forecast of 20% for the year 2023.
